Born and raised as a slave on Tatooine in Jabba’s palace, she witnessed the death of her parents at a very early age and managed to flee from the slave pits soon after. She spent a few more years surviving as a ragged pickpocket in Mos Eisley before joining the Imperial Academy –
There she was quickly discovered by Darth Vader. As he sensed her undiscovered powers he took her in as a secret apprentice. Her hate, fear and the desire to avenge her parents, kept pushing her towards the dark side.
She took part in many battles against the rebel forces; amongst them the battle of Hoth, where she commanded an AT-AT unit, which ultimately crashed and burned. The accident left her jaw torn to pieces and her arm crushed. Before she was rescued she found shelter in a Wampa cave. In that cave she found a giant dead Wampa with only one arm left. Clinging to the side of the dead body, was a small Wampa-whelp obviously grieving for the lost parent. She took it and brought it back to the space station with her, where the Wampa grew up knowing her as the only mother it had from now on.
After her recovery she was promoted to General and got to choose her very own space freighter. She was finally able to do what she had planned for a long time…
Going back home, to set it on fire.
----- SMALL COLOUR UPDATE, that green just bothered me
Now this one… well this was in the works for months and months. It layed still and quiet for almost a year in my little folder, because it was too heavy to tackle. To heavy a subject. (yes it was originally inspired by the nevermore song but it evolved into something completely different)
You see, this isn’t just a stupid, pretty picture. I didn’t make it „cool looking“. This is what I see and feel when i look out into the world. I cannot really put it into words without sounding like an utter fool. So just look at it. It isn’t meant to be the technical standard of today either. This is simply painted, without textures or layers or shiny effects. Sure it is digital but in its rawest form.
This is the psalm of lydia.
